- For hygienic hand washing: It is taken 2-3 ml in the hand and the palm; rubbed hands and palms for at least 30 seconds. Wash between fingers, the inside of the nails, all the inner and outer surfaces by rubbing them thoroughly. In surgical hand washing: It is taken 2-3 ml in the hand and the palm. Disinfect during 3 minutes by including your hands, wrists and elbows. Dry your hands using sterile towels.
